I met a guy in San Jose that had a multi million dollar company that sold bread, but he was the only employee. He outsourced EVERYTHING – the baking, the delivery, the sales, etc. Boring, and yet, highly profitable.

great insight.

I saw a video on Mixergy where a guy who liked those European license plates decided to start a site that marketer them and he had an agreement with the manufacturer to ship them and they split the sale. Simple and profitable.

So many of these "boring" businesses are out there just waiting for someone to take them online.
